My name is Melinda Fodor, and I am a clinical psychologist with a strong passion for mental health and people’s psychological well-being. I am deeply interested in the complexity of the human mind and in how our experiences, thoughts, and emotions influence our everyday lives. This passion has led me to pursue studies in psychology and to engage in a continuous process of learning and professional development.
I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, where I had the opportunity to study under talented professors and mentors who inspired me to follow my passion for psychology. I am currently a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in training, within two formative schools: Integrative Psychotherapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy.
What motivates me every day is helping people grow and improve their lives. My working philosophy is based on deep empathy, respect, and understanding of each client’s individual needs. I offer a safe and confidential space where people can open up and explore their concerns. My goal is to help clients develop skills and resources to better cope with life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
If you are looking for a trustworthy partner to support you on your journey toward better mental health, self-discovery, and personal growth, I invite you to contact me. Together we will explore your challenges and concerns, and I will support you in developing effective strategies to face them and to build mental resilience.
