Her experience of more than a decade in clinical medical research, in the development of new therapies and treatment protocols in medicine, has given her a unique perspective on the necessity of integrating mental and emotional health into the healing process.

Currently, her competencies include psychological assessment and psychodiagnosis, psychological counseling in working with adults, children, and adolescents, psychoeducation, anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, postpartum depression, and addictions.
Carmen continues to improve her skills through basic training in child and adolescent psychotherapy, gaining knowledge and abilities in working with this age group while also understanding the specific needs and methods of intervention in psychotherapy.
