Alice Crăciun

Alice Crăciun is a licensed clinical psychologist with autonomous practice rights and an integrative psychotherapist in supervised training. Her practice focuses on supporting individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, or relational difficulties in a safe, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic setting.

She provides individual psychological counseling for adolescents and adults facing current mental health challenges such as:
– eating disorders (compulsive eating, anorexia, bulimia, conflicted relationship with food and body image)
– depression (loss of meaning, social withdrawal, decreased energy and motivation)
– anxiety (intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, panic attacks)
– burnout (professional exhaustion, work–life imbalance, emotional detachment)
– well-being assessment (emotional balance, adaptation, self-awareness, and prevention)

In her work with clients, Alice integrates scientifically validated tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and experiential approaches, tailoring the therapeutic process to each person’s unique needs.
She also has additional training in NeurOptimal® Advanced Brain Training, a non-invasive neurofeedback system used to support mental flexibility and emotional self-regulation.
Her approach is oriented toward reconnection, self-compassion, and rediscovering one’s inner resources.
