Adriana Grigore

I am a clinical psychologist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists and a long-term psychotherapist in training in Jungian analysis, passionate about deciphering the mysteries of the human psyche and accompanying clients on their inner journey. I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, and out of the desire to deepen my knowledge in this fascinating field, I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Intervention, as well as the training school in Jungian Analysis Psychotherapy.

My work is dedicated to supporting people in exploring and understanding their emotions, behavioral patterns, and the depths of the unconscious in order to build a more harmonious and authentic life.
In addition to my professional activity, I am a volunteer at DepreHUB, a free helpline that provides primary support for individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use, postpartum depression, or oncological conditions. This involvement reflects my deep desire to provide support to those in need at a moment of vulnerability.
