TARGET AUDIENCE All corporate employees who wish to gain basic stress self-management abilities, personal stress reduction and burnout avoidance instruments, increased resilience and general well-being and satisfaction.
At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Identify eustress (beneficial stress) and distress (the kind of stress which can lead to burnout, anxiety or even depression). Being able to identify the key signs of these symptoms taking root and what the risks from ignoring them could be. To have recourse to healthy solutions to reach equilibrium instead of coping mechanisms which only deepen negative symptoms over time. To identify personal vulnerabilities to stressors which we are each subject to. Being able to forge a personal action plan which will allow them to reduce stress levels and increase levels of general satisfaction and productivity
