Occupational profiling

We evaluate competences, abilities, skills and traits in the domains of interpersonal workplace relationships, personal efficiency and leadership.
Following a selection, we also calculate the rate at which the employee’s results overlay with a given position’s profile, out of 1150 occupational profiles in accordance with their respective Romanian Occupational Classifications.
